LDRC is a company founded and set up by Mr Duane Marc-Anthony to be primarily the management, training and business development agent for the DMA (Duane Marc-Anthony) Sales Distribution Network Organization.
The DMA Sales Organization is a network of Independent Business Owners and Consultants of the FM World Group stretching across the Caribbean and being poised to enter the US and other Continents across the globe. LDRC is also the Sales Training and Sales Coaching Agent of FM Cosmetics Trinidad Ltd in the country of Trinidad and Tobago and has already launch in July 2010 a major sales training DVD and tool, "Techniques of Effective Personal Selling" from a Sales Training Seminar hosted by FM Trinidad.
The purpose of this organization and blog is to provide resources in the area of management, sales training and network business development for all our members and clients not only in the DMA Organization FM Trinidad, but to all FM Members globally as well as interested parties external to FM World - sales agents and professionals, customer oriented companies.
Duane Marc-Anthony is a developing Motivational Speaker and Specialist Trainer originating out of the financial services industry with experience in banking and insurance. He has also served extensively in the area of youth development in the Caribbean's premier youth military organization, the Trinidad and Tobago Cadet Force for over 10 years and has gained a lot of experience in a number of military disciplines as well as specialist developmental and leadership competencies during his tenure. His experience and involvement in the development of network organizations is a valuable asset and will significantly boost your organization.
He is married to his wife Natalie and has a young son Marquise, whom together with his profound sense of spirituality, provide his daily inspiration and motivation to build people and organizations.
