NEW FM CONSULTANT ORIENTATION PROGRAM AND KIT CEREMONY
The New FM Consultant Orientation Program and Kit Ceremony is a new initiative spearheaded by Mr Duane Marc-Anthony designed to officially welcome and introduce New FM Consultants to our group (Dream Team - DMA Organization). It covers an array of topics designed to give the new member sufficient but yet detailed information and training in order to get his business started right. Some of the topics included:
- Fully Functional FM Member
- Quick Review of the Magnolia and Orchid Clubs
- Building Block to Success: Your 300 Points
- Network Building and Sponsorship
- Road to Diamond
- Operational Procedures
Last Saturday, November 13th 2010, was the first of its kind in FM Trinidad and will most definitely be continued. All of our attendees expressed their utmost appreciation and of course are full motivated to put all efforts in building a strong, stable and sustainable business with the FM Group.
At the end of the program, there was the Kit Ceremony - which is the official introduction into the group through the distribution of FM Starter Kits. This acts as a formalization and activation of the relationship between the Upline and the New Consultant. The next installment of this program will be in December 2010 to introduce the new members that are now signing up and who will be receiving their starter kits soon.
